Thank you!  And I'm glad to hear about the Superchargers... would it be safe to run 12 PSI in florida (sea level) on a stock engine?

i luv shyt like this...its alwayz a bunch of guys rolling up their shirts to see who has the biggest guns...let me put it point blank...unless ur married or have that special someone your gonna bun up with...DON'T GET A GTO...the gto is a great performance car...but the styling is pitiful...wack to the highest degree...cutie on the corner looking at me standing beside my Mustang v. some dude with a GTO...i ask...now if you are gonna get a Mustang and can comfortably afford a GT then get one...but don't out of your way and paycheck to buy a car that eats a quarter of your income...otherwise get a V6...contrary to what the GTers have you believe you can affordably upgrade a V6 to near GT levels WITHOUT a supercharger and past them with one...now if your concerned about having horses that you may never used except for outside the track and beating 450 rwhp SC'ed GTs?!?!?!...well damn i may not be able to solve those issues...might have to see a shrink on that one

My V6 "sly" Finest non-SC'ed 6xer on the East Coast

JBA Sparks
JBA Headers
JBA Pipes (GT back bumper)
underdrive pulley
grantelli throlle Booty
Throttle Body Spacer
MMR CAI
SCT Xcal II
T-Lok
3.73
Eibach springs
front and rear brace
(silverhorse panel and numerous interior upgrades)
-----
267 rwhp (and thats without the high octane tune)

PS with a supercharger 400 rwhp horsepower on a V6 is a fantasy...DON'T push your engine that hard...especially if you're a daily driver unless you want a detonation...8-9 psi at the most....

Ya I would also love to see a Dyno sheet with you putting down 267 rwhp. The throttle body spacer throttle body and underdrive pullys have bene shown to produce very little gains so that leave you with a tune, headers, exhaust and an intake giving you almost 70 hp. over a typical stock mustang I don't think so.  And please learn how to type.

Petepete you are cool...i really don't care...questioning is good you might learn something...yours was an honest educated question...this is addressed to whatever small packaged nimrod dis'ed my typing skills....

blah blah and blah...could your insecurities be that deep...look if you really really want...write to santa...and I will type an essay, spell-check it for you, about every single legal and illegal mod to my car...i'll tell you where I've gone to and who's worked on it...what has worked and what hasn't...whats been broken and what i broke...if you can't handle/don't believe that then I'm sure I will find the time to run to Automotive Essentials and the effort to post a copy of the dyno just for you look up to and aspire to...now as for pulleys, throttle bodies, and spacers not making a significant difference?...combined?...tuned? i don't know buddy sounds like confidence problem...my CAI does about 17 rwhp by itself...now as for my drivetrain...suspension...engine mods...exhaust...ceramic coated headers...ignition system...fuel injection...the list goes on...but frankly dude i really don't care what you believe and what you don't...I've had shyt done and done shyt that fazm and the kid with 299 rwhp SC'ed might understand...but you...at this point I'm in doubt as to whether you can change your own oil...sounds like you do a lot of hearing and not a lot of doing? what I do know is this i've hit 267 rwhp in a Non-SC'ed V6...take it for what you will...maybe when its printed in bold on the cover of modified mustang you'll understand...for now I'm happy to be seen as a legend/myth/liar for the haters...btw 186 to 267 is 81 not 70...and thats 81 rwhp not 70 hp...theres a big difference...keep saving up for that shaker...

Future reference don't dis my typing skillz and don't ever dis my car

Put the pipe down, and slowly step away.   How did you come up with this number?

I just dunno what car really.  I love the 06 GTO, it goes like a raped ape, but its 33k.  I am leaning towards an 04 for 20k or so and doing heads/cams and hopefully have the power Im looking for.

how about this.  buy a 06-07 stang with a blown (as in broken, not s/c) motor for like $5-10k.  buy a working 07 GTO motor out of a wrecked GTO for about $7k.  install it for $4k.  now you have a $16-21k mustang with the GTO engine...talk about going like a raped ape!!

seriously, don't buy the v6.  you will only regret it later on....whether you mod it or keep it stock.

Thats all fine.   But I am curious about a NA 350rwhp GT that hasn't had cam or head work.   You really got that on yours?

Yeah!! man that is a mean machine!!!!  You have got to dyno that thing, because you are in ground breaking territory.....How about a sheet?

@illegal1984.... Look man no disrecpect here at all.... But when you talk specific numbers, you have to have the sheet to back it up.  Besides, if you are putting down those numbers, you should do the community a favor and "teach" us how to achieve 267rwhp in a N/A 4.0....I know I'd like to know

You mean you can't just add up all the manufacturer's HP claims to figure your total ?

You have a dyno supporting your numbers?

Man I really want to believe you, I just think that when you talk power in a tech forum you should always have the sheet to go with it......

Have you noticed I have no numbers attached to my sig.....?  I got her Dynoed, I don't trust the results, so I am getting a second one done just so I know for certain what the numbers are.

Please don't take this offenssively, I am not here to flame you, but again RWHP numbers and dyno sheet goes hand in hand..... same goes for track slips and 1/4 mile claims......

Look at your longterm goals.  If you just want GT power without GT price + insurance.... go for it!

If you want to build a monster, go with the GT.

I'm getting my car dyno'd with the SSM stage 3 heads and cams since I finally got them degreed and had the tune straightened out... (thanks Doug!)

Once I get to 500 RWHP, I'll stop.  (maybe)

illegal, but i don't want to be an ass, but you kind of need it.  If you don't want to get flamed, don't pull bs power numbers out of your ass and claim you dynoed those numbers....there is NO WAY you made those numbers with your mods, unless you missed a mod which you may have.  that would put you almost 50whp over any of the bolt on 4.0's on the forums... that's a HUGE difference and you don't even have all the bolt ons.
