Well, here's some of the first guys to have these cars. According to yon SVTperformance, these guys are great drivers, hell that one has a 10 second Mustang according to the video.

Elevation could do it, track prep..etc

I know GTO's don't run 14's so I'm not worried at all.

Just heard that, GTO ran 13.59 and the 05GT ran 13.6.

He ran a 14.06 not 13.6. He said he was almost the first '05 GT to break into the 13's there. Sounds like they suck!

I been saying their low 14 second cars for a month now, saw a 14.2 video a month ago ... and now we have a 14.06 & a 14.24 to back that up .. sure someone some where on the right track with the right weather will knock down a 13.8 or 13.9, but thats not really a change from what the 99+'s do... I see the 05's being about .1 or .2 faster

Some guy on SVTPerformance is swearing he's ran a 13.2 @ 105 and that he has a vid. When ppl offered to host it, he stopped replying.

And yes, they're ugly.

That video said they were at Silver Dollar raceway but I wonder what race that was because no '05 Mustangs were at Ford Mustang day???

yeah there ugly...but those suckers are faster than the 99+GT....I drove one on saturday....those thing are quick...I don't know how these fellas are running 99+GT times in those things...It's definetly at mid to low 13 second car..

Then again there are some guys running low 14's with 03-04 cobras at the track......and we all know those are 12 second cars.
