Default T-5 identification tag

Hey, just got my replacement tranny. Noticed a plate on the side of it that read:
FOZR 7003-AA
I have heard on here talk about a Z class T-5.
What is that and what do I have?
Where would I find out more about trannies and which is better than the other?

Thanks!!
Mark

Your car is obviously between 1990 and 1995.... but that is NOT a T5Z
