Default AOD compatbility

Does the AOD have a removable bell housing like the c-4 does? I have an 88 cougar with a 5.0 and AOD and the 93 LX with a 2.3 and the LX needs a tranny and the cougar is getting parted out.
Thanks
Randy

Well, I pulled the AOD tranny from the cougar today and it is all one piece, so I think I won't be putting it behind the 2.3.

Anyone need a 93 LX hatch with 2.3 that needs a tranny??? rtwells@centurytel.net
