My dad drove a camero IROC Z28 (I think) when I was born but he had to get rid of it because of salt damage.   He got a beastly tank after that,  a 1986 chevy suburban which he still has and wont get rid of it.

My father had a metalic blue convertible1968 mercury cougar when I was growing up. I have some good memories of cruising around Lake Harriet listening to Gwantanamera and of him telling me not to look up when the top is going back up... remember looking up and getting something in my eye:)... good times they were though... My mother had an old 1971 comet GT (it was a wanna be muscle car). I remember that she kept that car until you could pretty much drive it like in the flintstones. She would drop me off at school and I was so ashamed of that piece of junk that I asked her to drop me off a couple of blocks away... kids can be so stupid... but she never did... Later my dad got a 77 thunderbird with the 400ci option. That car was pretty tough. I remember him flooring it on the freeway to pass people... passing was a breeze...

Dad: Rambler Classic
Mom: Toyota Corolla (when the first came out), it even had the sporty engine! Woo, woo!

Can't beat that muscle!

In all seriousness, now, my mom drives an '06 GTO.

my dad has owned HUNDREDS of muscle cars but here are his current cars

1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6 (the exact car used in the movie "Dazed and Confused" he bought it from larry shuckman who was paid $15K to let the director use his car in the movie)

1970 El Camino SS 454 LS5

1968 Chevelle SS 396

he also has a 2001 ferrari 550 2006 Z06 and a 98 lexus sc300

the worst part of all this is i have never been allowed to drive any of his cars.

My dad had a '67 Chevelle, two Cutlass 442's, and something else that I can't remember. I'd go and ask him, but it's almost 3 in the morning and I'd like to be alive to finish this post, so I won't wake him.
