Default $350 for a 351, good price?

This is all I know about the engine:

351 windsor came out of a 79 van and had rings and gaskets replaced 10 k ago runs fine , engine is on a stand included, could be put in a car as is or completely rebuilt and make a real nice race engine , i was going to put it in a 66 mustang but was too wide ,would have had to cut the shock towers ,so i went with a 289 will sell or trade for 289 parts

So, my question is $350 a good price for a 351 engine?

Thanks.

The good thing is it's already on a stand. I'm trying to sell off some other parts so if I do I might pick up this 351.

If it is fresh, it is a good price, but I would ditch the heads off it and get some off a 69-77(with some work they would be really nice)...larger vlaves. In 78 they wnet to smaller valves.
