check autotrader.com they're better than ebay because it tells you how many miles away it is and it gives you a hard pricewith none of the auction bs. <edited><editID>mustangforums</editID><editDate>37881.8712037037</editDate></edited>

I'm all over Autotrader and Ebay and everywhere else I can find on the net...I know sometimes you can find some deals on DSMs on the DSM Forums, so I figured I'd look on the Mustang forums to see if I could get lucky! I'm not looking for much, maybe a rolling chasis with possibly an engine and tranny in need of a rebuild.</P>

Hi..I may have the car you want. I will sell it for 1200..Needs a little love, runs fine..</P>

Im not sure if its the body style you like. Its not the hatchback, Ive been calling it a notchback..</P>

Im selling a 1985 mustang LX 5.0. I recently bought a newer car and need to sell this one. Its automatic....sry..</P>

100,000 miles on motor and trans. Runs strong looks good. New tires, heater core, front brakes andtinted windows, K&amp;N air filter. Tuned up in last 3000 miles. The wheels and seats are off a 90 GT. Im the third owner, the last two owners only drove it on weekends but I have driven this car everyday for about a year. It hasnt left me walkin..It has the Notchback style body, they only made like 3,000 in 85..I think it looks nicer then the more common hatchback.</P>

I installed a new pioneer CD player and speakers. </P>

Needs rotors turned, has some nasty oil leaks and it needs the idle adjusted. Otherwise the mustang is fine, the interior is very clean for a 18 year old car. The white paint is original and seems to beslowly oxydizing but it still looks pimp. </P>

too my surprise; This car is faster off the line then my 92 300zx Twin Turbo, butat high speeds the turbo Z takes it..I would keep them both if could afford it..</P>

A deal for 1200$. Not a good car for teenagers who live in snowy areas.</P>

The car really has 100K miles. Do a compression test on the stock motor if you cant tell from driving it..</P>
