i am looking at a 86 svo roller cam oversize valves ported and polished head grand national turbo running 25 PSI 3 inch turbo back exhaust fuel system upgrades how much power do you guys think this is making and what do you think it would run in the 1/4 and what is the power limit on these engine with out having to touch internals

I dunno theirs too many factors for all that, I'd say it'd have probably around 300 rwhp, what it'd run has more to do with the suspension and tires.
