Default Rust on Wheels?

I just boughtthe cara couple of weeks ago and I see rust on the brake disc....I think that's what it is, I'm not a mechanic just a car lover. I did notice that all the other Mustangs on the car lot had the same problem. What do you guys recommend taking it off? I have Orange Blast that I have used on other aluminum rims that works well. Is there something out there that can prevent it or at least slow it down?

Thanks, you guys are all awesome! I've learned so much in a just a few short days!

Here' a couple of link where we discussed this topic.

Bottomline: Rust will be on the discs as long as they are wet or stored overnight damp. It will go away once you drive around some, but again...it may be back again in the morning...
