Default master window switch conv.

Hi Folks
I have 1984 GT conv. and my drivers window switch won't go up all others work ,I found out you have to replace the whole master switch if even one goes out ,so I found one on E-Bay and just recieved the envelope in the mail emty, it had been torn open. And this guy has a great feedback on E-Bay so I know he meant well why he didn't put it in a small box is beyond me.Yet I need one bad if you know where I can get one or you have one please let me know.It is the same switch in a Ford Fairmont 4 door 79-83.Thanks much.

Default RE: master window switch conv.

Wow someone at the post office opened your package & stole the switch??!? That's pretty weird considering how unique the item is.. I mean what's the chances the thief would have found a use for such an article??

Anyway, my ususal answer to finding such parts is to go to the wreakers, that is if you don't want to pay full price for a new one. Are you SURE it's the switch that's the problem?
