I ran into the same problem when I hadmy Pro-systeminstall done. I called Eibach directly to find out what the problem was, and the nice gal there held one for me right off their line. She had me tell my install shop to call her immediately and it was shipped the next day. It's worth a shot. And you'll love the system, it made an awesome difference to have a tuned set-up. Good Luck!

Does anyone know if the h&r cup kit is any good it has shocks and struts with springs that are engendered to work together but I don’t know anyone that has them I know that tokico d spec are an option but I don’t want anything adjustable I just want something that is installed and don’t have to worry about adjusting all the time. SO WHAT IM ASKING IS THE H&R CUP KIT JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE EIBACH PROSYTEM SINCE the prosytem is on backorder till march .
