Default v6 stroker kits
i'm just curious but how much hp.tq could i expect out of a 4.2, 4.3, .4.4 stroker kit?

Who knows, because it depends on what else you do with it, but a stroker kit alone would probably net you around 30 rwhp, give or take 10 rwhp.
