Default Lightweight Rims

Ok, I have been trying to figure out an easy way to pickout some lightweight rims for my 06 Mustang GT. Is there anywhere that actually tells you how much these things weigh? I see all these guys running bolt on modded stangs and then they put on 20" inch chromies... Looks great but kinda self defeating with all that additional rotating mass. I had a set of 15" inch rims on my old miata that were 13lbs a piece... I think the stock 18's on my car are like 26 lbs a piece...Im scared to wonder how much the tires add. Anyhow. I am looking to get some lightweight rims for street/strip that are not like ugly Weld Draglites... Preferably 10" in width in the back and 9.5" up front, planning on addingsome bolt ons and nos. Some help needed?

Default RE: Lightweight Rims

If you looking for lightweight rims, i know what you need, Enkie RPF1's, some of the lightest rims ever made, Might not look exceptional on a Mustang but a must if your looking for unsprung weight and are willing to sacrifice some visuals.

doesnt show on this, but i know of a place that has these in 17x9.5 +22 (which is what would recommend all around for the best handling qualities) or 18x10 +38 for the rear and 18x9.5 +38 then again i dont know mustangs SUPER well but thats what i would do, the rest is up to you.
