Default suspension

What would be a good suspension to put in my 5.0? It rides pretty rough and i want to smooth it out a bit so i can enjoy driving my mustang. Any info would be great.

M&M sells some great stuff, but they are pricey. If you are not looking for anything TOOO expensive and it is just for better ride then I would look around. I would look at some adjustable shocks and struts so you can have a good ride, and then stiffen it up for a better handleing car. Strange engineering makes some good ones. As well I would look around for some rear upper and lower control arms, and some full lenght sub frame connectors. A new K-member would help with handling as well but look to spend $500 just for the parts, and it won't really help smooth it out as much. And if you do plan on doin any hard launches and the like think about reinforcing the torque boxes.

Just depends on how much money you want to spend,

www.maximummotorsports.com has some nice vert suspension and chasis kits.

you probably just need new shocks and struts.
when mine were worn out, it road incredibly hard and jolting.
Go up to Midas or where everand get a qoute on stock and stock+ replacement
