this is my most recent project, i paid 5K cash for it but i want another mustang SOO bad

the good
-the engine is a 454 BB with 5K mile on it
-the tranny has 5K miles on it as well
-headers
-flowmaster exst (dual side exit)
-it has 5 matching rims 3 nearly new tires and 2 bad ones off of another truck i had so i could drive it
-reg under nonop, plannin on regst it its $55
-3 gas tanks 70 gal total
-aftermarket leather seats
-cb radio
-rear mounted full size spare
-electr fuel pump
-edelbrock allum intk
-offroad lights (2 50K) (2 100K)
-solid rocker pannels (rare)
the bad
-has cancer on outside body....(ONLY)
-2 2"holes right below the removable top (passenger side)
- rust on all fenders
-paint is a lil oxidized it shines up, (half way done)
-needs carb work...(quadrasuck)need i say more
