BFG DR's: INFO FROM GUYS WHO RUN "EM ON THE STREET
I am getting a 10" 3800rpm stall converter for my '99 convertible this winter and of course DR's will be needed. They will be 99% street tires. I have read enough to know the BFG's stick much better than the NITTO's, my other choice, but wear quicker. Problem is how much quicker? I have read of NITTO users getting 12K miles. All I am looking for is 8K miles and I do not drive in the rain. Size will be 315/35-17's. Opinions from actual users of either tire or even better some guys who have tried both. I have read some ridiculous things about the BFG's like a 1.5 month life on the street?!Experienced users wanted for their opinions! Thanks, mark
