I have the x 50 and its gotten me out of alot of cloe calls. The range of the escort is great so i would say it's definitely worth the money

I have the older Excort 8500 or whatever it's called and I like it. Has saved me enought times to more than pay for itself. I haven't gotten a speeding ticket since I got it over 3 years ago. Only reason I would consider the valentine is because it tells you what direction the radar is coming from, but as long as you know it is there, it is all that matters.

I purchased the Solo 2 be4 i quit BB for an amazing deal. I would strongley suggest the Pro V1. Its definally worth the extra 100 bucks. I would have gotten the V1 if i haddent gotten the solo2 for 80 bucks.

I got a Cobra XRS 9500 from Walmart for $100 and it kicks arse. Can't beat it for the price. Check your state laws if getting a jammer, some states have them banned.

Get the valentine one. Radar detectors are truely something that you get what you pay for. If you gonna spend $300 on a detector, might as well get the top of the line and spend $400 on the V1.
