Just like anything else its not the size that counts its how much suction you get with it!!

you can only ram so much air into the motor, i doubt thats going to give you more then 1 HP then a basic CAI package

ive got the brute force and i think thats the same filter. Didnt realize it was so fat until i openend the box.

This thread is funny! So, basically if I posted pics of my new GT500 with my laptop sitting on the hood, everyone will just discuss computers!

Back on topic-- I've wondered if a bigger filter would provide a louder intake "whoosh" noise? I've had intakes on previous vehicles, and the intakes seemed louder than the one I have now. This filter is also smaller than the others I had. Does filter size have anything to do with sound?

If you think the TI-84 is awesome get a TI-89. It will solve polynomials without having to enter it in a list and know what all the abbreviations for the functions mean. It'll do some awesome stuff that would take forever to do with an 84. But, you cant use the 89 on the ACT or SAT.
