Default Would've been a nice kill!

Went to the UPS place to ship a package and parked near a riced out RSX(S?). Not sure if it was an S or not. I come out and got a better look since cars have left. Huge wing, body kit, can, the works. The guy who owns it is coming out and I'm giggling and shaking my head. Douche has the nerve to say something to me.

"What you laughing at?"
"Your car. It's wing is bigger than most of the cars in this parking lot"
"Whatever, what do you drive?"
"That blue Mustang"
"My car ran a 13.9 in the quarter and would run circles around that thing"
"... Really? I got about 80 bucks in my wallet that says it won't"
"Lets do it. I can use new plugs."
"OK. Make a right and we'll give it a go when we get on rt 50"
"Whatever man. Lets go"

Yeah, I guess he didn't know what he was getting himself into. He's still joking with his friend who was being the yes-man in the whole thing. Soon as I start my car while they're getting in both their heads turn. I gave it a small 4k rev and started leaving. He was right behind me. I went right and he went left. Guess he didn't have time to run circles around me.

Oh, the kid was in highschool obviously since school just let out and he looked like he was 12. The highschool is about half a mile away.

I don't know what made him run that and I was going to actually talk to him, til he started being a smartass. Only thing I saw was a car with a fartcan and weighted down by a body kit. Maybe nitrous? Regardless, he had an idea of what 99-04 Mustangs ran so maybe he just pulled it out of his ass. The convo I typed out isn't word for word obviously. Hopefully he's a lurker on here and decides to sign up and defend why he went left. hrmmm..

That car probably wasn't even as S. He proved that by stating that his RSX ran a 13.9 and then backing off after he accepted. Too bad you didn't race him, it would've broke his spirit
