Yes it is . Its worth it . If you really want to build a car thats a beast go with SSM Stage 3 Package then supercharge it later. U will have one hell of a sixer. You can def push your sixer to 300 bhp all motor with SSM 3 and some supporting mods.

from ssm you get a top end kit heads cam and upper and lower intake all ported and polished you might also wanna think about doing a 4.2 stroker kit from morana v6 racing also go with forged internals so then you can run more boost than you normally could on astock bottom end after that and a huffer you will have one BAD ASSSSSSSSSS 6er that cobras might be upset about loosing a race to
go to supersixmotorsports.com for more info but yeah it would be one bad ass ride

with a supercharged from ProCharger you can push up youre stock V6 engine to 350HP
2001+ V6 engine needs 42lb injectors for this (OPTIONAL)
you don't need to drill the oil pan ,like others kits its a Air-to-Air cooling
youre engine will have a low temperature that any others kits availabale
at 11 PSI of boost (350HP)
with air to air cooling ,the temperature that goes to the throttle body will be around 30F,no others systems make it so low
Stage II Intercooled System with P-1SC(7,9,11 psi)* -40-80% HP Gain
put it this way. for $4500 invested with an 11 psi procharger and supporting fuel/air upgrades the difference is stock V6 power VS a tad better than MACH I Power
well worth the effort to supercharge.
280rwhp-300rwhp can be expected from a stock 99+ 3.8 with the procharger,42's,SVT Focus fuel pump and SCT MAF
250rwhp from a singleport with 42's and MAF
justin starkey at www.vmptuning.com has everything you need to do a procharger on a 99+ and the tuning expertise to make it run reliable as a daily driver

IF im not mistaken, The supercharger spools up faster than a Turbo and i heard something about a turbo ruining something over a long period of time but i cant remember what it was.
Well i actually hoped that everyone said yes because this is what i want to do to my sixer within the next year. Was getting some opinions from you guys and im glad everyone thinks i should get it. Now i just need to come up with some cash
