In that tire size we are actually out of snow tires but the best one that I see would have been either the michelin xice, the bridgestone blizzak LM22 or the dunlop winter sport M3

People often downsize their wheels in order to get the better ride and traction that the corresponding narrower and "taller" tire would have.

Exactly. The rack has deals on tires/wheel packages. Or you could look on ebay for some 17" take offs and use a 235/55r17 snow tire.

Highly recommended all 4 snow tires, not just 2

Stoenr is correct, we won't even sell 2 snow tires unless they are being matched up to similar snow tires. It is potentially very unsafe. I experienced this first hand with a car that had all season tires on one axle and snows on the other. A simple evasive maneuver on dry pavement at about 45 mph almost sent the car into a spin.

OK i will install four, but i dont want to change my wheel. Can you guys please tell me what other tire size fit on the same wheel. Becoz 235/50 R18 is very pricey.

FYI: I have 18" polished aluminium wheel.

spend 400 on some 17 takeoffs. You will save near 400 in the price difference between 18 and 17" snow tires.
The narrower tire will be better also
and no swapping/balancing tires twice a year (70-80) bucks twice a year will add up!
plus the added chance of getting scratches from the bone head tire buster.

Good price, 80% worn not bad.
A slightly smaller diameter tire, will effect speedo slightly, a little more wheel well gap. Will fit, and a tad wider than stock size.

Those a a little closer to stock diameter, defintly doable even tho one size smaller.
Great price on the tires. They would cost me(dealer) 107 a tire.
Hes a little high on the shipping I think tho.
One thing stuck out in the description. He said he has no use for them since he totalled his truck.
I dont know of any trucks that take that size. Just struck me as odd.

Once again Thank you for your input Stoenr. I went ahead and bought the Blizzak LM22. Heard that its good on both Dry and snow roads.
