I am 41 years old and just purchased my first mustang a loaded 03 zinc yellow GT convrertible with a black top and black interior all stock with the 5 spoke bullit wheels. I have owned 6 vettes in the past the last one being a 06 C6 red vert. I had to sell my vette because I purchased a new house and my mortgage doubled. I purchased the next best looking and affortable convertible sports car being the mustang GT. I actually enjoy this car more then any of the vettes since I dont have to worry about every little thing that comes with owning a vette. Individuals have told me that I am to old to drive this type of car, Ironicallly my son is 19 years old and just purchased a 05 Cadilac sts . WOW everyone tells me I should be driving the caddy and my son the GT HA HA! I really dont care what everyday people think but I am curious what you guys think. MY QUESTION IS HOW OLD ARE YOU GUYS OUT THERE WHO DRIVE AND OWN YOUR 96-04 mustang GT ,cobras and mach 1's????????????????????????????? THANKS

Your not too old to own a Mustang...the majority of the 05+ are being targeted and sold to the 55+ crowd.
I'm 34 and bought my 96 new 10 years ago and still enjoy driving it on weekends and nice nights.

I'm 19 and I have a 01 GT. I don't understand all of these people thinking that certain cars are for certain ages. I plan on having a Mustang til I die. If you like it, buy it.

Never too old to have a mustang or any fast car. I`m sure i`ll always have a mustang if not maybe a vette some day no matter what age I am. I`m 33 and i`ll always be havin my fun with cars.
