If you had a fully loaded 69 Mach 1 and a 69 Boss 302....whats the difference other then decal, name, and engine? Which one is faster? How about a Boss 429 vs a Mach 1 with the 428 Cobra Jet? Which one of them is going to run better?

yep the Boss 429 was the fastest
Now a 69 Mach I with a 428 CJ is faster than a Boss 302 but the Boss 302 is probable worth a little more money.
Not much more but more

The 428CJ was the fastest.

I'm not sure if I would 100% trust someone's Geocities site. Everything I ever read about the street Boss 429 was that it was a dog.
