I've decided I want to slowly mod up my stang, although I don't have the cash to do anything major to my 00 v6... I want to do what I can. I'm looking to do the bumper inserts, but wondering which color you guys would look hot. I have a black stang with the white mustang stripes down the side, so I was thinking of sticking with white or silver inserts... so the colors don't clash.

What do you all think? I think red would HOT but it'd clash the stripes.

I'd say white, the contrast of colors will make them stand out a lot, and they will go with the side stripes. I have Stainless ASteel inserts in my Saleen Bumper and they look good, but I have silver Saleen graphics so go with what matches! that's my .02

Yeah, I want them to look as clean as possible. Not too tacky or anything.

I was thinking the white as well, because the stripes are there.

if you didn't have the white stripes I would definitely say the silver letters, because you have a black stang. However, because you do have the white stripes, I would get white letters. I have a white stang with black lettering and i plan on getting the black stripes to match. Black and white go together. (it's an unwritten rule)

i have to agree with everyone else. stick with the white and black combo it'll make the car look that much better. and if the windows aren't tinted that always looks nice on a black car.

Yes yes, you need tint. And I would go with white letters also. It will look best with everything matching.

The white would go well with the stripes, but maybe you could remove the stripes and get the reds or silvers. I have a black stang and i think any one of these would look hot.

No window tint yet, but that'll be my next appearance project.

I thought about doing the red stripes instead of white, it would be HOT... but wouldn't removing them be a hassle? I didn't put them on, I bought the car with them already on the stang.

If it wasn't for the white stripes I would say go with the silver (thats what I have on my car), but since you have the stripes it will be best to stick with white.

I would remove the stripes and put stainless steel letters on the back. Then get the window tinted, then also see if you can something else about the stripe thing.

I have to agree with the white lettering. Then definitely go with the tint. I wouldn't change the stripes.
