Default How is you car set-up Drag or Road

We all love to pull away from a maro or T/A off the line. But taking a back road with sharp corners and hairpin turns with the top down is so much fun. Which one have you set you ride up for????

Seeing how NHRA and IHRA rules state Convertibles running 13.49 seconds and faster must have full roll cage to compete.....
We are set up for corners! It even corners well in the rain!
What you can see.... BFG KWD2 255x35x20 on 20x85 Black bullets up front, 285x30x20 on 20x10 Black bullets out back, Eibach Pro kit and Tokico adjustable D-Spec.
As for what you can't see... LOTS of suspension upgrades, Saleen Series VI S/C w/JDM stage 2 tune. And well some things I'd rather not disclose.... [8D]

Well mine's mostly stock right now, but if choosing a way to go I'd probably like to improve my cars cornering/handling just as much as it's acceleration. It's fun to carve a tight turn fast on a nice twisty road on a sunny day with the top down. AND, also nice to mash the throttle in between the curves & get pushed back into the seat from G forces. A win-win combo!

Do I have to choose one or the other? How about both!

Looks good! but how do you get by the 13.49 second rule? Or is your track a little laxed at inforcing rules?

Very lax - at least at club-type events. We had the track completely to ourselves for 4 hours.
They were actually letting another 'vert owner run with top-down and no helmet!

I've been wanting to do an opentrack event as well, but ran into the rollbar rule there.
