Heres the deal. I'm sure you all saw the Evo-performance thread bashing Fred's tune. The problem I have with that is NONE of you had all of the info. It turned into flaming and random assumptions of what you thought happened. Because of one person's speculation. We're not going to have that anymore. Especially when it's bashing a sponsor who pays to advertise, keeping the forum free for you guys. Not that I'm saying you can't post about a poor experience you had with a vendor...But what you cannot do is bash a business based on speculation.
So in the future, heres how we're going to handle this. When you have a problem with a vendor, and have exhausted all routes of giving them the opportunity to make things right...Bring it to a moderator's attention. Give us ALL of the details. We will then speak with the vendor and make an attempt to make sure things were handled correctly. We have some excellent vendors here, and all of the ones I've had the opportunity to deal with were stand up, honest business people.
Most of you are old enough to know how to handle things correctly. If you're not...Then maybe the internet is not for you. Business is business and these vendors are only human. People make mistakes. As long as things are done to correct them, nobody should have a problem.

If a MF member ever has a problem with one of our vendors in which you are unable to agreeably resolve things, please contact a Moderator instead of flaming the boards. We may be able to assist you. For S197 Mustangs, your Moderators are Professor Wizard, SOLDSHORT, and 28HopUp.

Additionally, I have PERSONALLY dealt with Fred from Evolution. He has treated me very well and helped make shipping easy and affordable, which is usually NOT the case when dealing with American vendors from Canada.
I am very pleased with my C&L and Xcal 2 combo I bought from him.
Fred also responded to all of my inquiries in a very reasonable amount of time. He even called me on the phone a couple of times.
