Default Motor Mounts

I have had my '04 3.9L manual transmission Mustang for about a month. The problem I have is the throttle response. I mean, if you are off the gas in second and then slam on it, it hesitates/bucks a couple times before accelerating smoothly. I beleive this is due to the motor/transmission mounts flexing under the load. Are there any poly-urethane motor or transmission mounts for our cars? I have looked around and have not found any. Worst comes to worst I will just have to make my own.
