Yea they're the same buddy.
Where im from about 2 months ago there was a hail storm and my hood got f'd up.
A member here on the forums.......sold me his black hood off his GT because he got the GTR ram air hood.
He sold it to me for 150.00 and we swaped them out right there.........there not different dimensions.....exactely the same......I got it on right now.
