What's wrong with you people? Ford didn't sanction out, or design/build this piece of crap. This was designed by some homo-italian man who has no taste (only taste he has is that he likes mustangs) and all he is doing is honoring his father, who also redesigned his own Mustang back in the day. If Ford takes any styling cues from this Mustang, lets just say I'm glad I have my 06.

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin'''' right here, all right. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We''''re talkin'''' some f**kin'''' . . . muscle.
I like most of it, except the tail lights and the fact that it would never be a convertable. Course it wasn't a Ford Concept either, it was one of those projects they do with independent designers to raise awareness of the badge. We will never see that car or most of the stylings in a ford, they are incapable of that much risky styling. I will give the industry cudos for putting out a glass top conversion kit based on this design though. Check out this link to get some great pics and overview of the build.
I am sorry if I am going against the flow but I think that this car looks bad ass. Other than the weird fur stuff on the interior it is pretty sweet. And it is still a concept so obviously it will be toned down for production. I like it.
personally I think it looks like Ford crossed a late 90's Viper with a Crossfire, or whatever model that Caddilac with the corvette motor is.The Mustang was once a humble production vehicle that ranged from a 4 cyl NA 5 speed dog to the Mclarens and Saleens of the 87-93 Fox's. Don't get me wrong, I bleed red, white, and blue and love my Ponies, but It's clear what Ford is doing. You take the new GT 500 for example. Ford is trying to bridge the gap between a $50,000 Mustang and the $125,000 GT. The only downside to that is the consumers like you and me who don't want to see the last good Mustang end in 2007. Ford needs to get their act together in my oppinion. There is real potential for the Pony, someone just needs to open their eyes
i've heard about this somewhere. from what i understand it was just an italian rich kid who liked the new stangs and decided to modify it to how he liked on his own. not sure if its a new model or anything....
