I'm really pissed. I went to see a movie today and some a**hole decided it would be funny to spray paint chevy on my hood with white paint and spray paint my front passenger side wheel white as well. That s*** isn't right, if you have an issue talk to the person don't mess with their car! That's just disrespectful and just shows that your jealous cuz you don't have a nice car! From one driver to another I think we should respect each others ride if your any kind of person. Its just mutual respect, I've been working for about three hours now trying to get it all off, that isn't right. Not to mention they just had to write "Chevy" on my hood. Those bastards. Just cuz they don't work their ass to have a nice car!

That's a real bummer!

A few weeks ago the elderly neighbor lady, a widow, had her white F-150 marked-up with a black permanent marker from the headlight all the way down the side. Poor gal, she felt really down about it, like she didn't have enough problems. A little later in the day, when she wasn't looking, I washed it all up good and used my Porter-Cable and an orange Lake Country pad with with some Mothers Carnauba Cleaner Wax and it cleaned right up. Hadn't seen her smile that much in months.

Hope your cleanup is successful... it's a shame senseless stuff like that has to happen.

there seems to be a pattern with mustangs and movie
theaters......try not to take the stang whenever possible,
there is a surplus of young, jealous males who
have nothing better to do then vandalise nice cars

i hope you get her fixed up real soon

Wreckless-have you tried a claybar yet to remove the paint. Since it is pretty fresh the clay should take the paint off. Then just follow up with a polish.

I hate to hear things like this. It amazes me how stupid people can be.

hey man
if you get some paint thinner put it on a rag and wipe on the paint for awhile it should come off.
Paint thinner wont mess up your original paint i used it to take off a sticky mess on my paint job just make sure you rewax where you used the thinner though

Thx, i've managed to get it off, I ended up using windex and some teary towels. After enough rubbing it came off. I'm still working on the wheel to get it clean, I will try some of your suggestions. Thanks for caring.

Sorry to hear that man, i know it has robbed a lot of your time im sure you'd rather be spending doing other things but atleast it wasn't and permanent damage to the point where you had to buy a new hood. My friend had an instance like this excepts chevy was carved below mustang in the bumper, and it was carved deep through the clearcoat. Sorry to hear about what happened and good luck on your clean up. Maybe next time you'll catch the bastards

I got the wheel all cleaned up. It looks almost as good as it did originally. I've learned my lesson, no more parking at the theaters.
