i dont have any reason to go look them up. my motor has been blown for 15k miles, and is still going strong. obviously those morons, didnt have their motor tuned good....just give it up bro, your wrong.
bro i dont know what your trying to prove, but consider this. would vortech sell a kit if they knew the motor coudlnt handle it? im using the pulley the kit came with. the kit is designed for 6-8 psi, exactly what im doing. and garn was right, the first thing that would go wrong is f**king up my pistons, from pre-detonation. you do know what pre-detonation is, do you jugador? but lets just pretend, that i do have forged pistons, and stock rods. with a bad tune, i will obviously run into pre-detonation. but the forged pistons would be able to handle it so to speak, so all the force from the pre detonation, would stress the rods. then they would brake.

if you're in there to do that you might as well replace the damn things
and i really dont see how its "tuning"
[/QUOTE]
just stop man, your startin to look bad in front of all these people lol..
You must have given up on sayin its not possible, so now your trying to start arguments on how his rods cant hold it and he's gonna "blow" his motor, NOW your arguing about rods and tuning.. does it ever end?
he has never taken the damn heads off, he hasnt been "in there", he said tuning referring to fuel and timing..
Thats pretty nice to post pictures of retards.. funny guy.
10th what ever..I have a 15psi 306 vortech engine..kinda a dumb question would vortech make something to blow up an engine..would any nitrous maker either...the thing is they make the stuff it's up to you to make or not make upgrades for your engine to live a long and happy life..as for fighting about it not worth it...6psi wow about 55-68hp no tune is really needed with that low psi....plug change,2-4 degree less time and a fmu or 24 pound injectors....and so you will know the head gasket would go first before any rod, piston. step up to 10-15 psi and put your tuning ability to work impress me*L*
yeah that is a good point about the head gasket, but as far as 10-15 lbs go, ive got a 3.12 pulley, and a pro m 80mm, im just waiting to find a good deal on some 42s. the 24's are maxed out. ill post some results when its done.
42's*L* yeah right way to much..the 24's are the ticket to 6 psi buy a fmu then ...I take it from that answer you don't tune this car.....and what T/B are you using? and chip in car? I'd say no...find yourself a tweecer or PMS and change the pulse rate of the injectors
??? i dont get it man, ive got 24s on my car currently, is what i said. when i up the boost, im gonna go with the 42's. the car was built to run 305 crank hp, and im around 540 crank hp, and im still using the same 24's. ide have 42's on it already, im just looking for a good used set, if anyone has any.
let me get this straight
you run 6 psi thru a stock throttle body with a 4.6 and getting 540 crank hp? with out *L* I'd have to see to believe as I run
a 306 15 psi vortech 75mm t/b 90mm mass 42's 600 lift cam,gt40 intake,gt 40 heads with large valves,serious porting,2 fuel pumps with my est 500 hp with a pms
mmmmmmmmmm
damn...here we go again....im running 8psi, not 6, but thats not the point... im not gonna go threw this all over again. i gave the proof, click the links, ive done it, and its been done. as far as your hp goes, i dont know what to tell you. i dont know much about windsor engines, so im not gonna sit here and tell you what u did wrong. try an intercooler, or get a water injection kit, $200 you cant go wrong. and youll be amazed what it will do.

lets quit this crank hp thing..
460 whp!!!! is what he's got.. he had 415 or so whp(the dynograph posted earlier), then he installed LT headers, H pipe, and some other crap and he got 435 whp.. then he installed water injection, and an aftercooler and maybe some other things i left out? and thats where he stands now with 460 whp...
he already has an FMU, it comes with the vortech kit i believe.. you can run 42's easy, you DEF have to get it tuned well though..
as far as engine management, what does the mustang world offer? standalone's? burnable ROM's? piggybacks?

I'm with LT1.
After all, his dynos look like DeskTop dyno....and you can put anything in there to make any kind of HP. I'm gonna be very skeptical untill I see a picture of a print out, but that's me.
im trying to figure out why you guys are still skeptical, after showing you other people that have done it too, but ill go find one my my dyno sheets and post it on here. the the one i posted on cardomain, was from the previous owner, like i stated. maybe it was desktop dyno, i dont know. but i highly doubt it, because one of my best friends witnessed it with his own eyes. but anywaz, this thread does suck. but like garn said, i invite any one who lives near me or in va, to come see the car.
Ok Supra freek. Let me tell you about a Twin Turbo 5.0 that Turn your Supra into Sup. You say 650whp. This Stang makes 1500whp. It's true the 302 is the Boss.
