Default ?? with control arms

i bought my mustang about 9 months ago..it cam with aftermarket lower control arms on it. Well now the bushings are worn out..there is absolutely no was to tell what kind they are. I've had afew guys look including me..the problem is can i use stock bushings to replace it or do you need to get them from the manufactuer of the control arm. if so i think im going to be stuck buying new control arms..PLZ all info needed
