I have a really odd looking 1983 mustang, it is lowered with 5 lugs and really wide flares front and back. Has a cars and concepts sticker in the windshield. Does anyone have any idea what is is. My dad wants to sell it pretty cheap. like 1250.00 everything is there and I though someone might know something about it. Any help would be really aprrecciated
