Is there anyway to get a set of wheels refinished to like new condition? I have a set of old track wheels that are 03 Cobra wheels and I would like them to look alot better ( ex dinged up, scratches, paint chips missing).

I'm about 99% sure this can be done. Just look up "Wheel Repair" in your yellowpages, or go to your closest Ford bodyshop and ask who they send their wheels to for wheel repairs.

It'll depend on the wheel, but the wheel repair shops can definitely weld stuff, patch things up, repaint, and refinish, so you should have no problem getting it done.
