Well, this hasn't really been a concern of mine until about... now. i realized that for xmas i can get a custom h-pipe fabbed up and slap on some GT-Takeoff mufflers. Only problem is i need to have a price so i can map this out on my budget. What have you guys spent on H-pipes or custom H-pipes?

I don't know how much the H-pipe is alone or with the muffler but I got a brand new pipe, custom H-pipe, 2 Flowmaster mufflers and installation (w/ hangers, etc.) all for $450. I don't know if that helps at all but it should be pretty cheap!

I had a custom muffler shop guy install duals with Flowmasters AND H-pipe for $300. The H-pipe is a MUST. Doesnt sound right without the H-pipe.
