hey i was just wondering if anyone can post the quarter mile times for 2005-2007 V6 and GT in both auto and manual, i have read a lot of quarter mile times but they all vary, i was hoping you guys would know for shure
mags have the v6 at 15.3 for auto, not sure on manual though
they have the gt at 13.5 for both manual and auto.
ive seen gt's anywhere from 13.4-15.0 or worse at the track
v6 autos around here (az, bad place to race) stock go about 16.0 with the quickest moddded one ive seen go 15.001 seen modded ones elsewhere go from 14.3+
i ran a 15.26 bone stock in my v6, and have made my way to 14.42 here in az (again bad place) and im still workin on it.
wow thanks for the info, really helpful, i was thinkin about gettin the GT but iono if i wana pay that much for gas and insurance, the V6 is more economical than the GT in my opinion. u are running 14.42? thats really impresive, wat mods do u have on ur mustang right now?
For a stock auto i saw the 1/4's at 15.5 lowest run so 15.3 isnt bad, i ran a 15.1 after i put on the stuff i did but it wasnt a good run so im curious about what it can do on a good run.

If your having a problem deciding on V6 or V8, just make sure you listen to each one when starting, and make sure you drive both before making your decision! Either way you cant go wrong, ITS A MUSTANG!

Thats good advice. There is no denying the exhaust note of a GT with some Borlas. I was amazed how good they sounded.
