These cars are amazing, I saw an Enzo at a special car show. It was more of a race car than a street car. It sounded very different from a v8 too. It sort of barked when the guy reved it up for the crowd. I have yet to see a Ford Gt though.

endless money= cadillac cts-v for "luxury", tubocharged hyabusa for speed(500 lbs and 350whp), and a ferrari 360 spider for "status".....granted i love the enzo, but something about $2000 tires, $4000 brakes and $1100 oil changes for a car I could only drive a few months of the year doesnt seem worth it ::shrug:: but in a perfect world with all sunny days, hell yes id rock that enzo

I read somewhere that there's a new S7 coming out. Same as the other one, jsut supercharged. Supposed to make close to 600-700 hp. Obviously more expensive though.

Wow...how old is this...

I'm pretty sure the S7 is pretty close in price to an Enzo. Maybe an S7, a 200k mile Viper, and a trailer...

You mustnt have seen the video of the porshe and the r1 racing and lets just say the BIKE LOST.......Less tire on the ground means slower

I'm sorry, but I'd really rather just take my 2004 gsxr1000 that does 0-120 in 5 seconds and runs the quater mile in 9.95@140mph out of the box over any car. I do love mustangs though. If I lined up with that Enzo, it would be a sad day for the owner of that car. Racing wise, not for status. But yes, that car is for sure a status symbol. I know what you are thinking, bike vs car, but if he wanted to race....I'D SPANK HIM. Oh and the bike is $10K. I could buy 70 of them. Also realize that even the car can go 217mph, the bike will go 180mph. And with the massive lead I could pull, it would take the Enzo probably a couple of miles to catch up.

car: 2767lbs 660hp
bike: 400lbs 150hp

you do the math.

ok, since when did Enzos weight 2767 lbs? I've looked everywhere and the correct figure is 3263 lbs.

If the Enzo lined up with a liter class bike (or the drag twins, Busa/zx-12r), the Enzo would indeed loose, atleast up untill well past 150 mph. And even after that, many sprayed / turboed bikes will spank it for 1/50 of the price. The Enzo handles better.

Anyway, I hate cars that you can't buy. I'd build a 700 hp Ultima GT-R for $60k and rape the Enzo new a**holes all over its carbon fiber body.

The S7 base M.S.R.P is only a little more than $400,000. So one of those and a Porsche 911 Turbo awd for the winter/daily driver

Here yuh go! 2005 Saleen S7 with Twin Turbo
I'm a little late on the whole Ferrari arguement. As others have said, owning an Enzo or any high-breed sports car like it is about half prestige. You can mod certain cars to heaven and have them smoke an Enzo for under half the Enzo's price. But you won't be seeing people starring at you like someone would an Enzo. Seeing as how there were under 1k ever made, it's a big deal.

I thought the video was sweet. Good raw footage of it in action.
