You need to remove the seat. Remove the seat back from the bottom. Take the cover off it. Straighten out the frame and weld up the cracks and also weld up other spot welded seams.
The back frame was cracked worse then the bottom frame on my car but they both required welding.

OK I will do that -- I've even cut the floor pan out of another mustang allreddy so that I can weld it in. But I read something a while back about using subframe connecters to ensure that it doesn't happen again. I just can't remember all I read and was hopeing someone would have the answers. Thanks

Did your seat frame break through the floor?
You can get weld in T braced subframe connectors. They bolt up to the rear seat bolts.
On my 91 gt the seat track was broken and the left front stud broke out of the floor pan.

thats exactly what happened to mine! front left and all. But when I removed carpet and seat I found that the flore was broken in lots of different places that cause crunching and craking noeses when sitting in or hitting bumps

I don't know if the floor in the 94 is any different.
On my 91gt there was a lot of cracks in the floor pan and in the trans tunnel and up into the upper torque box mount spot welds.
My passenger side one of the rear seat mount holes in the floor was broken through. After welding up the cracks I reinforced the seat mounting areas with 1/8" steel plate and welded it in.
Don't forget to clean and paint underneath the floor pan after welding. It will rust quickly once welded on.
Be careful of any undercoating underneath the car that can catch fire when welding on the inside.
