Still plugging away. Been really hectic, but it seems as though things are starting to look up for us.  Time will tell, and I am not going to complain, everything usually works out for the best.  Finally got some nice weather, drove the car today!!  woo hoo!  Now, if I can just get to the track here sometime soon, and finally get a time slip.

We've had some great weather too.

Scheduled to put my car on the Dyno on the 18th.   Other than that, not spending any more money on the Mustang for a while.  Already exceeded my 2008 budget on 4.10 gears, shocks/struts, springs, rims and tires.

My strut mounts are making a plunk-plunk noise that I'll have to get fixed eventually.  Gears make me hear my exhaust much more.  The 4.10's are great around town, but I am at 2500 rpms going 70 on the highway.
I think the new rims/tires make the car look sharp!

I even clayed, polished and waxed the car last weekend.  Big difference.
All ready to put the top down and soak up the sun.

Awesome!!  Looks good.  And yeah, I bet the lower end is nice, but the high r's at highway speeds is a sacrifice ya gotta make.  Man, I wish my car had paint that looked that good, in fact, that is the color it is gonna end up as soon as I get my garage to paint in.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you''''re fast.
