So are there any members out there who have had the Motive 3.73's installed and are happy with them? Specifically, no gear whine? You always hear from folks who are disatisfied, but how 'bout those who like 'em???
TIA,
Bill Jr.

I just ordered 3.73 Motives for my car. I had to, Ford Racing has discountined 3.73 gears. Now all FRRP gears that have a "M" at the end of the parts number are made by Motive. I guess if they're good enough for Ford Racing to package under their name, they're good enough for me.

Let us know how they turn out. I'm wanting that same gear ratio and am leary about buying Motive gears considering all the negative feedback on them. But if they turn out fine then I won't mind buying Motive brand since they're alot cheaper than the Motive gears with Fords name on them.

I'm going to be installing the X-Charger over the winter, so I checked with Doug at Bamachips. He said I would be far happier with 3.73's with all that low end torque. With 4.10's there'd be too much wheel spinning (lost traction/lost power). I'll let you know.
