Dry: directs just nitrous into the intake
wet: directs nitrous and fuel into the intak
direct shot: shoots fues and nitrous directy into each cylender

The only thing I will add is that the majority of people using N20 on S197's are using wet kits. The ZEX and NOS kits are both wet kits. I only know of two car's using a direct injection and that is Dean from PSI performance and justin burcham from JPC. Both guys utilize it as a dual power adder on top of s/c. One with paxton, the other with procharger and both are dedicated very fast track cars.

The point is that I would only consider a wet kit for your car. The tuning invloved is a lot less minimal for wet vs. dry and is the reason most run wet kits.

Hope this helps.
