Default 3.73 or 4.10 Gears

Which would be better for my set up if I have a automatic?

It's according to what you want to do with it. I have 410's on a manual and would not want to use it as a commute car in traffic but it's fun as an occasional drag racer or auto-x car. I don't drive mine daily so the tall gears are fine. With an auto you are probably OK either way but 410 are going to rev higher and therefore use more gas but will be much more responsive.

are you willing to sacrifice 2-3 mpg? go with 4.10s

4.10s:
pros: quicker acceleration, fun factor, 20+ mpg, skip shifting (make city milage increase if anything)
cons, 1 mpg less then 3.73s

3.73s:
pros: unless you turbocharge, nothing
cons: you will want 4.10s

This is beyond stupid. The 3.73's will give you quicker acceleration, not just as much as 4.10's. By the same token, your engine won't be whining away at 3000+ RPM when traveling 75 MPH in overdrive. The 3.73's are a good compromise gear that gives you some better performance, better gas mileage and lower RPM's at all cruising speeds.

when you answer the same gear question literaly 20 times a day you just put down what you know not your reasons

IMO the .2-.3 quarter time differenace is worth the 1.5 mpg lower RPMs, by what 200? big deal, hell if i had it my way, my 02 would have 4.56s in it
