I dont mean to be a dick but you do know that Paxton sells a complete kit to intercool your Vortech right? It costs around 1500, all said and done and installs in less then an hour. That said, your write up and install instructions are great to have and should be sticked, do you have numbers yet? E.

I got 429 RWHP with a Treadstone Intercooler and custom 4" power pipe. I did look in to the paxton and it was going to cost me 1500 plus a tune, plus a mafia for the MAF. I would have spent like 2K. Plus.... I feel if you do the work yourself, you appreciated it more. Sorry about the link guys. Just use the one that Sonic posted.

Stock internals. Actually the guy was impressed. My original was 365 RWHP..... The first dyno, with just the 4" power pipe and IC ran 390 RWHP without tuning. He got it up another 40 RWHP by allowing some timing since it was intercooler. The guy said it wasnt an agressive tune... the car just took the mods very well. Now, I think I will be putting an X pipe on and backing the boost down to 10# by putting my old pulley on. That way I make 405 and not pressurizing my motor as much. The last thing I want is a blown block. Yes... stock interals.
