Morbid Intentions -> Widening to 345/30/18 (11/1/2006 3:44:17 PM)

I have heard of shops that take high Horsepower application 99-04 4.6's and widen the stock rims to 345/30/18's and putting a few wheel spacers on it through welding
if someone was looking to do this, what step by step's could one take to accomplish this? what kinda shop can weld these rims for the automobile to run smoothly?
