Well i finally got the AFS 03 Black Chrome Cobras installed. Take a peek. I think it looks incredible but i might be a bit biased.

I put the Pony center caps back in because i dont want to mis badge it with the cobra inserts that came with the wheels.

Looks as tho your right side tires are mounted backwards.  Directional tires it looks like.  Or they are left and right side specific now that I think about it.  Like Goodyear Eagle GS-C's on the Z28's  and vettes back in the day.

It definatly looks like the tread on the right side tires is going the wrong way.  The overall look of the car is kickin'.

On older cars thats how you adjusted the speedo....nowadays its all controlled by your ECU, so you can just reprogram it.  Its all based on the diameter of your tire, so usually what happens is when you put on a larger rim (ie a 20 to replace an 18) you also do a lower profile tire (ie a 35 vice a 55) and your actual tire diameter still stays the same.

gottamustang, love your car I also have a 65 coupe but was told 10's  in da back where to wide. I don't care if they past the fender. could you tell me what you did to make them fit. do they past the fender? Did you roll the fenders  as well? could you post a pic from the back to see how it looks. Also what backspacing do you have. thanks sorry for asking too many questions but ive never seen of a 1st gen mustang of having 10's in the back
