Yeah, that's a great deal. I just dropped off my car a few days ago to have the 15815 installed. I'm picking it up probably Tuesday. Just a note for anyone with GT valance tailpipe exits--- these kits require tailipe modification since they are made for a standard exit.

So these will fit my standard 64 coupe, and make them dual exhausts?

I don't know if they'll hook to stock exhaust manifolds. I suppose they would with some modification. I'd call Magnaflow.
I had a clamp/bolt on system at one time. Never again. Get the kit, then take it to a muffler shop to custom fit it to your car. Nothing like welded joints with proper hangers and everything tucked away properly. Are you guys really impressed with that price?

Well, come on then my good man, hook us up!!!
Direct me to the lower-priced kit, and I'll take it to the muffler shop.
Got them for this price andf hooked up to hooker ceramic comps. Took to a shop to install charged a 120 dollar.
Only problem was they had to bend driver side pipe that hooks up to header flange. The shop that did it called magnaflow they said - the sets are based on mid length headers.
In any case - very happy with set up $800 total for cermaic headers, maganflow kit and install charges. I'm sure there are better deal out there but seemed good to me.
Liike the sound initailly thought it was too quiet - but after cruising around the last couple days - happy with set up. Sound good when you get on it and carry a conversation at highway spped - albeit you have to speak up a bit. Was looking for something louder, not obnoxious but sounds good when foot into ( shich is most of the tiem) - happy with my choice.
Call me crazy, I thought the price was good, and so did dozens of VMF'ers, who are generally a very knowledgable bunch.
And, you believe Bob Dooley's guys? That's not really a bad price for the 2 1/2" steel kit at $473. 67 and the stainless 3" at $675.00. But, after you get them welded in and tucked away with whatever headers or manifolds you have to make it fit, you will have close to $800.00 bucks involved. My Ravins 2 1/2 inch steel H-Pipe system from Midas cost me less than $600.00. That is why I was asking about the price. Do you guys really think that Magnaflows are superior to Ravins to have to spend two or three hundred more dollars for the system? If so, then go for it. Personally, I am convinced that the Ravins are superior to any muffler you can put on these classics.
Yes, Ravins. Go to a Midas muffler shop and have them analyze your car to see exactly what you need, and how much it will cost you for a 2 1/2 inch H pipe system. Obviously, if you have to add manifolds or headers, or have to mandrel bend special pipes to go around add-ons you have added it will be considerably more, but just for a plane Jane dual exhaust system, you should not have to spend that much. Granted, mine was put on several years ago, and it most likely is more than I spent, but most likely not more than a hundred or so. After you do that, get back with us to see what you found out. No, I don't have any stock in either Ravin mufflers or Midas Muffler shops. I just found it to be the best bang for the buck.
The 2 1/2" kit is $348 and the 3" is $440. For one this kit is an x-pipe which is superior to the h-pipe. Second, is the Ravin kit you speak of stainless? Mandrel bent? Stainless tips? It seems to me that at $348 to your door, the Magnaflow kit could be installed for far less than $600. Never even heard of Ravin, if that's how it's spelt? It seems alot of the work done on your car was done years ago Soaring, prices have increased for this stuff, for cripes sake you had your car restored for 5K.
