Okay, I just wanted to stop in and say hi to everyone on the Mustang Forum. Im a new owner of a mustang. I am turning 16 on 9/10 and my dad who is a huge car buff recently bought me a 66 Mustang. I wanted to get more involved with mustangs so I thought this was a good step. Thanks...

Yah I got mine about 2 weeks ago (16 too). I very luckily got a 97. My dad's only comment was "But it is a Ford, Calvin." It is some kind of rivalry between our neighbor.

Kewl deal, maybe u can hit me up on AIM sometime to talk: we looked at alot of newer mustangs but I had my mind set on a classic so its all good.

the car needs work but not much it will be fully retored by december but IM in no rush i dontr even have my permits yet.. i will post pics soon.

Grats on the buy! If I may ask what kind of engine did it come with? Is it a total stock model Coupe, Fastback or Conver.? I also am riding with a 67 mustang. welcome to the forums!
