Default Hood Scoop Question

Hey everyone,

I'm tossing around the idea of getting the Boss-style hood scoop from Ford. Here is the burning question......

Should I keep it Satin Silver like my car or have it painted black??? My car is in my sig. Any thoughts????

Ah, there's never a right answer. Half the days I look at my scoop and go "ohhh cooool".... half the days I look at it and go "duh, why didn't I paint it silver".... If you go black, definately go with black spoiler as well, maybe black billeted gas cap cover, or some sort of black strip.

As you know, the old Mach 1's were trimmed in black. Black hood, black scoop or shaker, black spoiler, black louvers, you name it. Since these cars look so much like the old ones, it seems very natural to trim them in black.
