1966 Mustang 289 engine and C-4 Tranni For Sale or Trade. 6E27 0 C5AE-6015E block casting number. I'm parting out my '54 Ford and I had put this engine in it. Was a strong running engine/tranni when put in storage about 12 years. We put juice to it the other day and the engine turns over free and clear, and sounds to have good compression. I don't have a carb on it right now, but am almost positive it would start right up with a carb and new plugs. I'm in the process of getting a carb.
