Default '84 2.3t 'vert in Fl

hey there, cats

My name's John and I recently got an '84 mustang gt, 2.3, turbo, 'vert, 5-speed. My last fun-car was a '91 vr-4 so I'm no stranger to forced induction or fuel injection.

I had a few simple questions I was hoping to get answered before I got to wrenching on this bad-boy.

What is stock boost?
it's not intercooled, and I read elsewhere that the svo's were pushing ten lbs out of the factory, which just seemed an unlikely case in the non-intercooled setup this car has stock.

what's the compression ratio?

what's the flow rate of the stock injectors?

if you've got any links to informative websites regarding the '84 turbo gt stangs I'd love to read up.
I've been googling and forum searching like mad lately
I'm really excited to get to work on this badboy
I want to get it south of a 12 second 1/4 mile.

I read somewhere that I've got a stock bypass/blow off valve, but I don't see it under the hood anywhere... and with over 100k on the motor I fear for the health of the turbo... what's the story with behind that? should I be worried about compressor surge?

what turbo comes stock on these cars? Again, I read somewhere that it was a garrett t3, but I long for a concrete, more thorough answer.

What plugs are suggested to run on this whip &@ what gap? I used NGK coppers on the vr-4.

finally, are there any well known ways to source a better downpipe/an intercooler+piping/boost controler for this car?

any help is better than none, and if there are any owners nearby (34208 @ bradenton, FL) I'd love to meet up and talk shop.

I'm already in love with this car and I know I'll have it until the day I die
I just want to do what I need to in order to descimate the local ricers at the strip.

much thanks
John
